Johan Schlüter Law Firm (JS) represents the Danish RettighedsAlliance, an association that combats illegal copying of films and music, and is probably the only law firm in Denmark with a separate unit consisting of lawyers, IT technicians and inspectors that investigates product piracy cases.
Consequently, we are able to offer rights holders not only assistance in specific infringement cases, but an actual subscription scheme, under which the product piracy unit will monitor sales channels for pirated products and take steps to prevent such illegal selling.
