In criminal cases, particularly in rather serious circumstances, it is essential to obtain expert legal advice as soon as possible. Liaising with the police and perhaps with the courts, may inevitably cause confusion and doubt, and many will find that they come more easily through the process – emotionally and otherwise – with the competent and balanced guidance and support from a lawyer whose only job is to act solely in his client’s best interest in relation to the police and other authorities.
The criminal practice is headed by advocate Allan Lund Christensen, who has been appointed by the government as public defence counsel in criminal cases before the City Court of Copenhagen, the Court of Frederiksberg, the Maritime and Commercial Court and the Eastern High Court.
