Conflicts of interest
Johan Schlüter Law Firm (JS) does not undertake cases for clients, in which there is a current or reasonable risk of conflict of interest.
In order to identify potential conflicts of interest, JS’s employees are subject to internal procedures written in the internal guidelines. The guidelines have been composed with the purpose of avoiding conflicts of interest, intercepting and identifying arisen conflicts at the earliest possible state and prescribing the procedure to be followed when having identified a conflict.
Prior to commencement of a case for a new client these procedures must be observed. In case there is doubt about a possible conflict of interest we have established an internal conflicts of interest committee to resolve the matter of dispute.
