JS Legal advice
Johan Schlüter Law Firm (JS) provides legal advice of the highest professional and ethical standards driven by a set of values and cooperates with the client in a manner that considers the client’s individual needs. Thus, JS does not build on a fixed department structure; in stead JS constructs flexible teams adjusted to every single assignment and client.
Every client is connected with a lawyer responsible for the client relation and a lawyer responsible for the case, who may be one and the same person depending on the nature of the case. In connection to each actual assignment the client responsible lawyer estimates which resources to involve.
We do our outmost to connect the client to a lawyer who is thoroughly conversant with the client’s conditions and/or company.
Subsequently, the extent of the assignment will be estimated in order to allocate the correct and relevant resources to solve the assignment.
The case-responsible lawyer is accountable for ensuring that the assignment is solved in the most proper manner depending on the assignment’s extent and nature.

Public and insurance covered legal aid
When Johan Schlüter Law Firm undertakes a assignment for a client, we examine the extent to which public or insurance covered legal aid can be obtained according to the current legislation or insurance contracted by the client.
